This is an LED light kit that can be put inside a used drinks bottle.  Its supplied with one solar panel and 2 lights.
 
Just leave the solar panel and bulb shaped LED lights on a window sill during the day to charge. In the evenings, clip into a used drinks bottle and switch on.
